About the role
Responsibilities
- Set up and configure workstations at new and existing locations
- Provide user support and handle second-line support requests
- Deliver ICT resources, including at the ICT Hub in Gouda
- Maintain accurate administrative records in the client's database system
- Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately one week every eight weeks)
Requirements
- MBO level 4 working and thinking level
- Relevant work experience in a similar ICT support role
- Proficiency in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Valid Category B driver's license and own transportation
- Availability for 36 hours per week
- Ability to start on short notice
