About the role

Responsibilities

  • Set up and configure workstations at new and existing locations
  • Provide user support and handle second-line support requests
  • Deliver ICT resources, including at the ICT Hub in Gouda
  • Maintain accurate administrative records in the client's database system
  • Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately one week every eight weeks)

Requirements

  • MBO level 4 working and thinking level
  • Relevant work experience in a similar ICT support role
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
  • Valid Category B driver's license and own transportation
  • Availability for 36 hours per week
  • Ability to start on short notice
