About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 support to users, troubleshooting workstations, peripherals, and manufacturing-specific IT tools
  • Manage machine fleet, inventory, configurations, and application lifecycles
  • Manage user profiles and access rights according to standards
  • Configure IT equipment for operational needs and new projects
  • Train new employees on IT tools
  • Define tools, methods, and standards in collaboration with the IT Manager
  • Coordinate support teams from external partners

Requirements

  • Degree in IT (CFC), IT Technician diploma (ES), or equivalent
  • Approximately 3 years of experience as an IT Technician or User Support Specialist
  • Experience in a large international company (e.g., fashion, automotive, or watchmaking)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows workstation environments
  • Experience with mobile device management using Workspace ONE
  • Ability to work in an agile environment
  • Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset
