About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support to users, troubleshooting workstations, peripherals, and manufacturing-specific IT tools
- Manage machine fleet, inventory, configurations, and application lifecycles
- Manage user profiles and access rights according to standards
- Configure IT equipment for operational needs and new projects
- Train new employees on IT tools
- Define tools, methods, and standards in collaboration with the IT Manager
- Coordinate support teams from external partners
Requirements
- Degree in IT (CFC), IT Technician diploma (ES), or equivalent
- Approximately 3 years of experience as an IT Technician or User Support Specialist
- Experience in a large international company (e.g., fashion, automotive, or watchmaking)
- Strong knowledge of Windows workstation environments
- Experience with mobile device management using Workspace ONE
- Ability to work in an agile environment
- Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset
