IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and account issues for a 70+ person team
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding workflows, including device setup and account provisioning
• Handle access requests and fulfill approved requests within established SLAs
• Support conference room AV and maintain office network infrastructure
• Serve as the primary IT point-of-contact for MENA office locations, managing hardware logistics and remote support
• Maintain runbooks and self-service resources to improve IT efficiency

Requirements

• 2+ years of IT support or helpdesk experience, ideally within a startup environment
• Proficiency with Okta, including provisioning, groups, and SSO troubleshooting
• Experience executing onboarding and offboarding workflows with an understanding of security implications
• Strong support skills for both macOS and Windows operating systems
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with non-technical employees
• Ability to work independently and proactively surface technical issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Google Workspace administration
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools such as Jamf or Kandji
• Exposure to SOC 2 access control or IT audit processes
• Basic scripting skills in Python or Bash
