IT Support Engineer (Backup/Field)

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and field IT support to cover vacations, leaves, or paternity for site engineers
• Assist site engineers with their daily activities and technical tasks
• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting for computers, monitors, and printers
• Execute OS reinstallation, imaging, and domain joining
• Manage data backups, migrations, and email account configurations
• Conduct network diagnostics, including node testing and cabling repairs
• Maintain and repair peripheral devices such as scanners, plotters, and thermal printers

Requirements

• TSU, Engineering degree (completed or in progress), or recent graduate in Information Technology
• Proven experience providing both on-site and remote IT support
• Must possess a personal vehicle (indispensable)
• Full availability to travel and work weekend shifts/on-call duties
• Proficiency in hardware repair, software installation, and network cabling (crimping and testing)
