Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all internal IT requests, providing rapid resolution for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle for IT, from hardware provisioning to offboarding.
  • Maintain the health of core corporate systems including Video Conferencing, Printing, and Directory Services.
  • Manage and maintain the SaaS and IaaS ecosystem including Google Workspace, AWS, and Azure.
  • Coordinate with 3rd party vendors to ensure consistent service standards across international locations.
  • Support infrastructure projects including network deployments and server maintenance.
  • Implement workflow automation to streamline support tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or a combination of Advanced Diploma and Industry Certifications.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an Internal IT environment.
  • Demonstrable experience with Linux and Networking Equipment.
  • Experience implementing new IT solutions to corporate or industrial environments.
  • Experience managing stakeholders through changes to work systems.
  • Experience working in IaaS platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of Linux and Windows OS system management (hardening, patching, logging).
  • Understanding of Network foundations, IDP, MFA, SSO, and Group Policy Management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with remote 3rd party organizations providing support.
  • Technical skillsets in Python, AI, or SQL.
  • Experience working in On-Premise Data Centre environments.
  • Experience deploying Networking equipment to specific configurations.
  • Certifications in Linux, Windows Server, Azure, AWS, or GWS.
  • Scripting and coding skills for system management.
