About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end EMEA IT support experience and regional coordination
- Manage employee lifecycle operations including onboarding and offboarding
- Drive AV and event readiness for conference rooms and executive meetings
- Manage vendors, equipment procurement, and inventory tracking
- Improve support systems through documentation and scalable workflows
Requirements
- Strong technical expertise in macOS and Windows
- Experience with Jamf, Intune, and Azure AD
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience configuring AV systems like Crestron, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams
- Track record of improving operations through automation or scripting
- Experience leading support work across multiple time zones
