IT Support

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and efficient onsite technical support to clients, addressing hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for clients
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
• Maintain detailed records of service requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
• Perform routine maintenance and system updates
• Provide training and guidance to clients on hardware and software use
• Work closely with the remote support team to resolve complex issues

Requirements

• Proven experience in an IT support role, preferably in field service
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, and networking protocols
• Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to lift and carry computer equipment
• Fluency in Slovenian and English is essential
• Must provide a Criminal Record declaration no older than 3 months
