IT Support Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technical operations and infrastructure support at a large manufacturing site
• Provide reliable and secure day-to-day application and infrastructure support
• Plan and execute system and software implementations, including ERP/MES-related applications
• Coordinate with vendors, internal IT stakeholders, and plant teams to ensure efficient operations
• Manage IT assets, procurement, and technical change requests
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and drive continuous improvements to the technology foundation

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and application support
• Working knowledge of Windows/Server, SQL Server, VMware, and Microsoft 365
• Proficiency in network and wireless fundamentals and systems security troubleshooting
• Proven ability to manage technical projects, vendors, and stakeholders
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a manufacturing environment
• Exposure to business-critical platforms such as ERP, MES, LIMS, or CRM
