About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise the work team and service delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the client
- Serve as a liaison between the company, collaborators, and other support areas
- Identify contractual agreements
- Generate service reports and analyze information
- Review indicators and perform key KPI presentations
- Manage projects
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems, or related field
- 3 years of experience coordinating work teams
- Knowledge of ITIL, Service Now, Manage Engine, and Excel
- Proficiency in ITSM tools and Project Management methodologies
- Experience with administrative processes (overtime, vacations, etc.)
- Experience with AI Prompting (Gemini/Copilot)
- Conversational English
- Valid driver's license
- Availability to travel and flexible schedule
