About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the work team and service delivery
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the client
  • Serve as a liaison between the company, collaborators, and other support areas
  • Identify contractual agreements
  • Generate service reports and analyze information
  • Review indicators and perform key KPI presentations
  • Manage projects

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems, or related field
  • 3 years of experience coordinating work teams
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Service Now, Manage Engine, and Excel
  • Proficiency in ITSM tools and Project Management methodologies
  • Experience with administrative processes (overtime, vacations, etc.)
  • Experience with AI Prompting (Gemini/Copilot)
  • Conversational English
  • Valid driver's license
  • Availability to travel and flexible schedule
