IT Support & Business Systems Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and peripherals
• Administer Microsoft 365 user accounts, licensing, and Entra ID
• Troubleshoot ERP system issues and support software implementations
• Maintain network connectivity including switches, routers, VPN, DNS, and DHCP
• Manage IT asset inventory and coordinate onboarding/offboarding technology
• Develop technical documentation and SOPs
• Support emerging technologies like Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–4 years of professional IT support experience
• Experience with Windows-based business environments and Microsoft 365
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
• Experience supporting ERP or business management software
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central
• Familiarity with PowerShell or automation tools
• Experience with Microsoft Intune or MDM
• Industry certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Fundamentals
