IT Support Associate II

Responsibilities

• Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment used within Amazon Operations facilities
• Handle support requests and technical procedures across the network
• Assist in training new hires on technical systems and processes
• Support customers from multiple buildings in the area as well as remote customers
• Engage in continuous learning of new technologies to support evolving infrastructure

Requirements

• 1+ years of Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems support experience
• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for shifts lasting up to 12 hours
• Experience working in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco/CCNA
• Experience with Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware installation, or AWS
