IT Support Associate II

Responsibilities

• Allocate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment used within Amazon Operations facilities
• Handle support requests and technical procedures across the network
• Assist in training new hires on technical systems and processes
• Support customers from multiple buildings in the area as well as remote customers
• Engage in continuous learning of new technologies to support evolving infrastructure

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems
• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand or walk for shifts lasting up to 12 hours
• Experience working in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), or AWS
• Experience with Microsoft hardware installation
