IT Support Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and video conferencing
• Support Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and Teams
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, access management, and software installation
• Maintain IT asset inventories and ensure patching and encryption compliance
• Deploy and maintain laboratory IT systems including instrument PCs and data acquisition software
• Support connectivity between lab instruments, networks, and data storage solutions
• Follow IT SOPs, change management, and validation procedures for lab systems
• Partner with vendors for instrument and software upgrades

Requirements

• Associate's degree with 2+ years of IT support experience in life sciences, biotech, or pharma
• 1+ year of experience supporting laboratory systems
• Working knowledge of lab systems such as ELN, Sciex, LIMS, CDS, Cytiva, ThermoFisher, and SDMS
• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, networking, and endpoint management
• Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Office 365, and cloud platforms like Egnyte, SharePoint, or OneDrive
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools like JAMF Pro, Automox, NinjaOne, or Intune
• Experience with ticketing platforms such as Freshservice
