IT Support Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to faculty, staff, and students to ensure a reliable technology experience.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support classroom instruction and event technology, including A/V systems.
• Manage device lifecycle processes, including setup, repairs, and loaner distribution.
• Track and resolve support requests while maintaining accurate documentation and inventory records.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain and improve technology services.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a help desk or school IT environment.
• Strong foundation in supporting macOS environments or MDM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with A/V systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
