About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Resolve support tickets within defined timelines and assist team members with email and system access.
- Manage employee onboarding by configuring laptops, installing company applications, and setting up official email accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including laptops, mobile phones, and SIM cards, tracking all allocations and returns.
- Travel to retail store locations to diagnose and resolve hardware, billing system, and network problems.
- Coordinate with external vendors when necessary to resolve technical issues.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Windows OS and MS Office, including MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of networking principles.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi.
- Willingness to travel to various store locations as required.
- A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Previous internship experience in an IT support role.
- Basic knowledge of IT asset management processes.
