Responsibilities
- Provide 1st Line Service Desk support via phone, email, and live chat
- Deliver face-to-face IT support at TechBar campus locations
- Perform field engineering and deskside technical support across college buildings
- Resolve incidents and fulfill service requests for staff and students
- Manage requests through the service management system
Requirements
- Passion for IT and a strong desire to learn
- Hands-on problem-solving interest (e.g., troubleshooting PCs or devices)
- Customer-focused with professional communication skills
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player
