IT Support APAC Regional Lead

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior onsite IT point of contact in Singapore for hardware, software, network, and collaboration troubleshooting
• Lead APAC regional support coordination to ensure consistent employee experience across time zones
• Manage employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, offboarding, and device preparation
• Drive AV and event readiness for conference rooms, executive meetings, and high-visibility gatherings
• Coordinate vendor management, procurement, repairs, and inventory tracking
• Partner with Workplace Services and Security on office builds and workplace technology readiness
• Improve support systems through documentation, workflow design, and lightweight automation
• Provide high-touch, white-glove support for executives and critical stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong technical expertise in macOS and working knowledge of Windows
• Experience with identity and device management tools such as Azure AD, Jamf, and Intune
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Atlassian products
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting AV systems like Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Crestron
• Proven track record of coordinating support across multiple offices or time zones
• Ability to manage vendors, inventory, and procurement with high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
