About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support to 200 workstations via telephone and remote assistance
- Train users and handle N1/N2 incidents
- Perform on-site technical support and proximity assistance
- Diagnose and resolve technical incidents
- Install and maintain IT hardware including PCs, laptops, smartphones, printers, and telephony
- Manage hardware labeling, storage, and shipping via carriers
- Assist with network system administration and cyber analysis
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bac or Bac +2 degree (BTS SIO or DUT in IT)
- Proficiency in Microsoft environments (AD, Server 2019/2022, Windows 11) and Android
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Teams
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
