IT Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver solutions to Fixed Income Trading & Sales desks in North America
• Manage applications providing pricing, risk, electronic/algorithmic trading, and trade capture functionalities
• Provide 1st and 2nd line application support to Front Office, Middle Office, Risk Management, and Back Office stakeholders
• Develop ad-hoc reporting tools for various business groups
• Participate in periodic on-call support and shift work as required

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience supporting front-to-back trading systems and trading desks
• Knowledge of ION Trading solutions and implementations
• Experience supporting exchange connectivity (e.g., MarketView, ION MMI, ION Anvil)
• Understanding of financial markets and products, specifically Fixed Income, Interest rate products, and Repo
• Proficiency with Linux RH, Windows Server, Oracle, SQL, and Python
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodology, and ITIL
• Strong communication skills and experience in a Front Office facing support role
