About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1 and 2 IT support for all Brazilian users and act as the primary point of contact in the São Paulo office
  • Manage user licenses, access rights, and hardware provisioning for onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Perform advanced network diagnostics and resolve connectivity issues permanently
  • Maintain office IT infrastructure, including meeting rooms, Wi-Fi, printers, and general equipment
  • Manage hardware inventory for laptops, accessories, and spare parts
  • Create and update technical documentation, support procedures, and Proof of Concept (POC) results
  • Conduct root cause analysis for frequent incidents to implement long-term patches or workarounds
  • Contribute to the IT roadmap by assisting with office expansions, software migrations, and tool integrations

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an IT support role
  • Full English proficiency (B2/C1 level)
  • Proven autonomy in handling technical support tickets and troubleshooting
  • Strong organizational skills for accurate asset and inventory management
  • Ability to perform network diagnostics and hardware maintenance
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a desire to learn new technologies
