About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and 2 IT support for all Brazilian users and act as the primary point of contact in the São Paulo office
- Manage user licenses, access rights, and hardware provisioning for onboarding and offboarding processes
- Perform advanced network diagnostics and resolve connectivity issues permanently
- Maintain office IT infrastructure, including meeting rooms, Wi-Fi, printers, and general equipment
- Manage hardware inventory for laptops, accessories, and spare parts
- Create and update technical documentation, support procedures, and Proof of Concept (POC) results
- Conduct root cause analysis for frequent incidents to implement long-term patches or workarounds
- Contribute to the IT roadmap by assisting with office expansions, software migrations, and tool integrations
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in an IT support role
- Full English proficiency (B2/C1 level)
- Proven autonomy in handling technical support tickets and troubleshooting
- Strong organizational skills for accurate asset and inventory management
- Ability to perform network diagnostics and hardware maintenance
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a desire to learn new technologies
