IT Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide basic and specialized technical support for technological incidents and requests in a reactive, preventive, and proactive manner.
• Manage information technologies including platforms, corporate software, communication infrastructure, and computing equipment.
• Deliver technical support for hardware incidents involving computers, printers, peripherals, mobile devices, and conference room equipment.
• Resolve software incidents related to business applications, web applications, and office tools.
• Coordinate technological requests and migrations of devices, phones, and connectivity accessories.
• Contact vendors for necessary maintenance, service, and technical solutions.
• Support interdisciplinary projects and temporary assignments to achieve departmental objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support.
• Degree (Technical, Technologist, or Engineer) in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proficiency in English or Spanish (B2 level preferred).
• Experience handling corporate technology environments.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and information systems.
• Knowledge of networks, server-provided services, and VoIP telephony.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative management style.
