About the role
Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve helpdesk tickets for Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365
- Manage the workstation provisioning pipeline from unboxing to shipping
- Handle identity and access administration via Microsoft Entra ID
Requirements
- 3+ years of IT support or helpdesk experience
- Proficiency with Windows and macOS administration
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Entra ID
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in CMMC or NIST SP 800-171 compliant environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune or Windows Server Administration
- Familiarity with engineering software environments
