IT Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and lab equipment
• Manage and resolve IT service requests and incidents using ServiceNow
• Investigate and resolve issues related to Windows and Linux operating systems, networks (LAN/WAN), and applications
• Perform root cause analysis and escalate complex technical issues as necessary
• Support IT asset relocations and technology refreshes in accordance with company standards
• Configure and troubleshoot Android and iOS smartphones
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotations to provide 24/7 DFS support
• Maintain detailed documentation, including knowledge base articles and SOPs

Requirements

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in IT operations and support
• Proficiency in Windows system administration
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments (e.g., RedHat, Ubuntu)
• Solid understanding of LAN/WAN/VLAN networking concepts
• Familiarity with VMware and virtualization technologies
• Experience with smartphone configuration and troubleshooting
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
• Exposure to scripting and AI skills
