IT Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming support requests and resolve issues efficiently
• Manage user accounts and access permissions across business systems
• Source, order, track, and maintain IT assets and inventory records
• Provision new user accounts and configure hardware for onboarding
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 suite, Slack, and Notion
• Support company AV systems for conference rooms and shared spaces
• Create and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles

Requirements

• 3-5 years of IT support experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Entra ID, SharePoint, Outlook, Intune, Teams)
• Hands-on experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
• Experience with identity and access management tools (Entra ID, Okta, or equivalent)
• Experience with endpoint management platforms (Intune or Apple Business Manager)
• Proficiency in IT asset management and lifecycle management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST 800-171 and CMMC
• Experience in defense technology, aerospace, or compliance-driven environments
• Experience with SaaS administration (Slack, Notion)
• Experience with AV system setup and support
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
• Previous experience at a startup or high-growth company
