About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot and support Apple hardware and software environments
  • Manage new hire equipment setup, including laptops, monitors, and accessories
  • Support end-users with productivity tools and the adoption of AI-enabled applications
  • Assist with user account management and IT infrastructure maintenance
  • Handle equipment logistics, including inventory tracking, boxing, and shipping
  • Maintain clear technical documentation and follow IT operating procedures
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide necessary support

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in desktop or IT support roles within an enterprise environment
  • 1+ years of experience troubleshooting Apple hardware and software
  • 1+ years of experience using ticket-based support systems
  • Ability to explain technical and AI-driven features to non-technical users
  • Ability to regularly lift and handle IT equipment up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
  • Experience supporting SaaS applications that incorporate AI or automation
  • Hands-on experience with remote desktop tools and cloud application troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in supporting multiple operating systems (macOS, Windows, mobile)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
