IT Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support to staff
• Maintain and enhance IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure)
• Administer core systems such as Active Directory, Intune, O365, and enterprise applications (TMS, WMS, FMIS)
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and software deployments
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, requests, and resolutions
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors when required
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and user experience

Requirements

• Proven experience in an IT support or helpdesk environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand

• Relevant IT qualifications or certifications
