IT Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support via helpdesk, email, telephone, and in person to international users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Manage the end-to-end user lifecycle, including provisioning and deprovisioning equipment and accounts.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows laptops and multi-screen trading workstations.
• Manage users and endpoints through Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365.
• Support and maintain meeting room audio-visual and conferencing equipment.
• Adhere to IT security policies and ensure device compliance within a regulated financial environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, or Desktop Support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune or other endpoint management platforms.
• Experience configuring and supporting Windows laptops and desktop environments.
• Basic networking and connectivity troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with mobile device management.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site and occasionally move or install IT equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Microsoft or other relevant vendor certifications.
• Experience working within financial services or another regulated environment.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager.
• Exposure to scripting, automation, or AI tools.
