IT Support Administrator

Responsibilities

• Interact with internal clients to identify business needs and prepare detailed requirement specifications
• Analyze current business processes and suggest optimizations using JIRA
• Set up projects, boards, workflows, and other JIRA functionalities
• Configure user permissions and access levels
• Integrate JIRA with other tools and systems
• Create and maintain documentation on JIRA configuration and usage
• Provide technical support and training to users
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working with JIRA
• Proven experience in gathering and analyzing requirements
• Deep understanding of JIRA functionality and configuration
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Atlassian certification
• Experience with other project management tools
• Python programming skills
