Responsibilities

• Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software and applications problems
• Manage network configuration, performance, and security
• Solve problems on Windows OS, Mac OS, and iOS platforms
• Troubleshoot issues and alter configuration on networking equipment such as switches and Wi-Fi access points
• Utilize advanced troubleshooting skills to ensure smooth operation of workplace technologies

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in an IT support role
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proficiency in supporting Windows, Mac, and iOS
• Experience with Active Directory and Exchange on the cloud
• Basic knowledge of networking principles and troubleshooting
• English language proficiency (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• UniFi networks administration experience
