IT Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects assigned by management, ensuring timely and accurate execution
• Provide technical support to users both on-site and remotely, handling IT requests and collaborating with vendors
• Assist hotel guests with professional and customer-focused service
• Monitor and ensure continuity of IT services and coordinate recovery activities with software providers
• Perform regular checks to ensure security and compliance with company policies
• Install and configure IT assets and manage standard changes
• Participate in audits of information systems
• Oversee seasonal opening and closing activities, including equipment installation and disassembly
• Diagnose and resolve faults in hardware and audiovisual equipment including IP phones, smart TVs, and IP cameras
• Configure software and assist users in the use of digital tools
• Prepare annual reports of IT requests, assessing priorities, costs, and feasibility
• Perform preventive maintenance on IT equipment

Requirements

• High school with proven IT experience or a degree in scientific disciplines
• Previous experience in technical support, preferably in hospitality or luxury environments
• Excellent command of Windows and MacOS operating systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and management tools
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, backup systems, IP telephony, and audiovisual equipment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows environments, Active Directory, and related services
• Ability to independently install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Aruba, Ruckus, Verkada, and Avaya networking solutions
