IT Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to hotel employees, resolving hardware, software, network, and system issues
• Support and maintain hotel IT infrastructure including servers, workstations, printers, telephony, Wi-Fi, and audiovisual equipment
• Ensure efficient operation of business-critical applications such as PMS, POS, finance, and HR systems
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures and data protection compliance
• Liaise with external vendors for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
• Support hotel events by ensuring audiovisual and technical equipment is operational

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support and infrastructure management, preferably in hospitality or luxury environments
• Strong technical proficiency in hardware, software, networks, and business systems (PMS, POS)
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with cybersecurity measures and data protection
• Familiarity with IT asset management and system configurations
• Excellent communication skills for supporting non-technical staff and liaising with vendors
• Eligibility to work in the UK
