IT Student Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support for software and hardware
• Configure and maintain workstations and servers
• Help maintain and automate infrastructure using tools like Active Directory, Ansible, and Docker
• Collaborate on general IT operational tasks and infrastructure projects

Requirements

• Currently starting or recently started a Master's program in a technical or mathematical discipline
• Basic understanding of computer systems and hardware
• Experience with PowerShell and/or Bash scripting
• Experience with networking and troubleshooting
• Ability to work 15-20 hours per week
• Flexibility to occasionally work outside business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments
• Knowledge of Active Directory
• Knowledge of Docker and Ansible
