IT Strategy and Governance Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Deploy, implement, and automate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making
• Manage and animate IT Department communication via the Group Portal to engage the IT community
• Ensure rigorous monitoring of transversal processes, including Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP), Business Continuity Plans (BCP), and Data Protection
• Support IT Service Management (ITSM) optimization, including request processing, asset tracking, and incident resolution efficiency
• Conduct proactive technological watch to identify emerging trends and IT innovations for system improvement

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's degree program (BAC+4 or BAC+5)
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
