IT Stock Manager

Responsibilities

• Control order compliance based on user requests
• Track hardware flow from de-stocking to shipping in collaboration with logistics
• Supervise hardware integration and verify stock compliance
• Provide logistics flow data including shipments, receptions, and stock status
• Manage carrier deliveries and handle disputes for non-compliant shipments
• Perform fleet inventories
• Manage and administer all asset movements for a defined client perimeter
• Ensure fleet integrity and coordinate with clients, helpdesk, and stock managers

Requirements

• Experience in IT equipment management (laptops, printers, phones, etc.)
• Experience in fleet management, IT park management, or logistics
• Rigorous and precise work ethic
• Proficiency in Excel (conditional formatting, VLOOKUP, reporting, pivot tables)
• Familiarity with Windows 10 environment
• Strong sense of service and communication skills
