IT Sr. Business Analyst/Developer

Responsibilities

• Design IT solution blueprints and specifications to meet business needs.
• Lead service transitions by building new IT solutions through customizing and development.
• Coordinate developers and consultants to ensure high-quality deployment and documentation.
• Act as Project or Change Lead, managing scope, quality, time, and budget.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for service operations, including incident and problem management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within assigned areas of expertise.
• Conduct knowledge transfers and training for other team members and stakeholders.
• Participate in 24/7 on-duty support rotations as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration and Information Technology.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of automotive business processes.
• Proficiency in SAP MM (Materials Management), WM (Warehouse Management), and HU (Handling Unit) management.
• Basic knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and PP (Production Planning).
• Technical proficiency in ABAP and knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
• Experience with Master Data Management and EDI standards (VDA, EDIFACT).
• Strong project management capabilities and communication skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Availability to travel as needed.
