IT Specialist/System Administrator

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting during incidents and provide support to other systems, the business, and external parties
• Write scripts and perform manual SQL database operations to assist in manual deployment, testing, and troubleshooting
• Ensure technical changes in applications do not impact operational reliability, IT security, or existing functions
• Secure the delivery and operation of SCADA/EMS systems, including maintenance and monitoring
• Participate in upgrades and system improvements
• Contribute to the continuous development of team activities and processes

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Minimum 2 years of experience with mission-critical or operation-critical IT systems
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Linux/Unix-based IT environments
• Minimum 2 years of experience in application and system administration
• Minimum 1 year of experience working within security-sensitive operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operation and management of applications and IT systems
• Minimum 1 year of practical programming experience (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python, Perl, Shell-script)
• Minimum 1 year of experience with SQL
• Certifications in ITIL, IT security, networking, or Linux
