IT Specialist

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and resolve information system issues
• Maintain, install, manage, and configure workstations, servers, and networks
• Monitor the functionality of IT systems to ensure stability
• Provide hardware and software support, including computers, servers, and network infrastructure
• Offer expert advice and training to users on optimal use of equipment and software
• Assist in the selection and evaluation of hardware and software purchases

Requirements

• Technical secondary school diploma (SŠ technického typu) with a school-leaving exam
• 3 years of professional experience in IT/IS
• Native Czech speaker
• English language proficiency at B2 level
• Extensive knowledge of MS Windows systems
• User-oriented approach with the ability to solve tasks independently
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
