IT Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the IT single point of contact for PLM platforms, specifically Siemens Teamcenter and PTC Windchill, supporting modules like BOM, Change Management, and Document Control.
• Support end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and cloning activities for PLM and R&D systems.
• Perform system configuration, customization, and validation activities, including user role administration and access controls.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including incident triage, issue resolution, and service request handling in collaboration with AMS teams.
• Monitor application health and performance metrics to identify and mitigate operational risks.
• Support application deployments in compliance with GxP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
• Participate in computer system validation (CSV) activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Information Systems or IT.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with PLM systems, specifically Siemens Teamcenter and/or PTC Windchill.
• Working knowledge of development technologies such as C/C++, Java, SPFx, C#, or REST APIs.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, version control systems, and testing practices.
• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., GxP, FDA).
• Understanding of product lifecycle processes including design control and change management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to project delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.
• Experience supporting CI/CD or DevOps tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
