IT Specialist

Responsibilities

• Proactively ensure a healthy and secure server and workstation environment
• Manage and execute special IT projects from inception to implementation
• Resolve technical problems and document resolutions for future reference
• Architect and implement toolsets and build workflows to drive automation
• Work with managed service providers to drive efficient processes and ensure SLAs are met
• Document changes, upgrades, and evaluations to ensure minimal business impact

Requirements

• College degree or higher
• 3+ years of experience with server and/or end-user computing orchestration, management, and monitoring
• Proficiency with SCCM, Splunk, and CrowdStrike
• Experience with ServiceNow automation and service desk toolsets
• Proven project management experience leading all aspects of a project
• Ability to communicate technical topics effectively to various internal and external stakeholders
