IT Specialist - System Integration

Responsibilities

• Support the internal support team with technical customer inquiries
• Handle support requests via ticket system, live chat, and phone
• Create technical documentation and user guides
• Conduct software and hardware tests
• Assist with RMA and complaint management processes
• Collect and record customer improvement suggestions

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of network technology
• Good communication skills in German and English
• Self-initiative and hands-on mentality
• Prior experience in customer contact
• Enthusiasm for working with computers and people
