IT Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage end-user IT infrastructure, including workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Coordinate requests for repairs, maintenance, and service of IT equipment
• Support the planning and monitoring of IT infrastructure costs
• Manage the procurement of IT devices and services in accordance with internal rules
• Oversee the IT asset lifecycle, including inventory, renewals, transfers, and disposal
• Maintain IT asset records and prepare regular reports
• Provide IT support to internal users and collaborate with MOL Group IT teams

Requirements

• Minimum of high school education (technical focus preferred)
• Basic orientation in IT infrastructure (hardware, devices, networks)
• English language proficiency at a minimum B1 level
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Valid Group B driving license (required)
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and a reliable approach to work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, device management, or IT operations
• Knowledge of IT service management (e.g., incident or asset management)
• Basic understanding of IT security
• Knowledge of the Hungarian language
