IT Specialist - Security & Compliance

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the organization's IT infrastructure ensuring availability, integrity, and confidentiality
• Implement, configure, and administer Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and cloud services
• Maintain perimeter security solutions and backup systems
• Implement technical and organizational measures for GDPR compliance in collaboration with the DPO
• Assist in risk assessment and mitigation implementation
• Manage and document cybersecurity incidents and potential data breaches
• Support internal audits, certification audits, and inspections by supervisory bodies
• Conduct cybersecurity and data protection awareness training for staff

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in IT systems or similar roles
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity, monitoring, and incident detection
• Knowledge of GDPR and personal data protection requirements
• Ability to perform IT risk assessments and technical reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and cloud services
• Understanding of identity management, access privileges, firewalls, backups, and endpoint protection
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of D.Lgs. 231/2001 regarding IT processes and cybercrimes
• Experience in the Third Sector or complex organizational environments
• Experience supporting internal audits and compliance controls
• Experience implementing technical measures for GDPR compliance
• Familiarity with information security standards like ISO/IEC 27001
• Certifications in Microsoft, cybersecurity, or data protection
