Responsibilities

• Install and configure hardware and software components
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Create application administration workflows and manage user permissions
• Develop and test scripts, programs, and configuration to optimize operations
• Implement and maintain security measures
• Organize and support full-cycle inventorying
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergencies and after-hours support

Requirements

• 3+ years in an IT or service desk role
• Proficiency with ticket systems and task prioritization
• Knowledge of Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Experience with Okta, GSuite, Zoom, Atlassian Confluence/Jira, MacOS, Windows, Linux, or JumpCloud
• Experience auditing IT infrastructure, applications, and data management
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI/LLM tools (Claude, Gemini, etc.) to support tasks and workflows
• Ability to work in a collaborative, global team environment
