Responsibilities

  • Tier 1 and tier 2 response to user requests for technical support
  • Triage, assign, update, or resolve open tickets
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues
  • Document solutions and update knowledge bases for future reference
  • Assist in setting up new user accounts, hardware, and software installations
  • Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff as needed
  • Assist with ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are met (HIPAA, SOC2, HITRUST)
  • Participate in on-call and after-hours support as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications)
  • At least 2 years of IT Helpdesk support experience in a corporate environment
  • Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, SSO, MDM, cloud storage, and web conferencing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs

  • Linux knowledge
  • Cybersecurity experience
