Responsibilities
- Tier 1 and tier 2 response to user requests for technical support
- Triage, assign, update, or resolve open tickets
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues
- Document solutions and update knowledge bases for future reference
- Assist in setting up new user accounts, hardware, and software installations
- Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff as needed
- Assist with ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements are met (HIPAA, SOC2, HITRUST)
- Participate in on-call and after-hours support as necessary
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications)
- At least 2 years of IT Helpdesk support experience in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS operating systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, SSO, MDM, cloud storage, and web conferencing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs

- Linux knowledge
