IT Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for technical queries, both in person and online
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues
• Install and configure systems, software, and devices
• Provide clear, step-by-step technical support to users
• Log and track issues, escalating complex problems where necessary
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including system set-up and access rights
• Maintain accurate records of all IT assets and their current status
• Ensure adherence to company policies regarding data protection and device security

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in an IT support or service desk role
• A degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and VoIP
• Proficiency in managing LAN, VPN, PABX, and basic network security
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Fluent written and spoken English
• A methodical, helpful, and user-first approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Microsoft or Cisco systems
