Responsibilities

• Build and support Atlassian products including Confluence, Jira, and Jira Service Management
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and software
• Configure, patch, and harden company computers using endpoint management tools like Jumpcloud
• Respond to service requests and incidents within designated SLAs
• Install, configure, and upgrade desktop hardware and software components
• Develop and maintain detailed IT documentation and knowledge base articles
• Transform manual processes into scalable automated solutions
• Maintain and update IT assets using inventory management tools

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• 3-4 years of experience in technical support, Helpdesk, or Systems Administration
• Proficiency with Atlassian products
• Experience with AV equipment configuration
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows (10/11) and applications like Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications relating to Jumpcloud
• Google Workspace experience
• Knowledge of working with APIs
• Experience with ITIL or other IT service management methodologies
