Responsibilities
- Support the support team
- Process technical support requests via ticket system, live chat, or telephone
- Create instructions and documentation
- Perform software and hardware tests
- Participate in the RMA process (complaint processing)
- Record and collect customer suggestions for improvement
Requirements
- Good know-how in network technology
- Good communication skills in German and English
- Proactive mindset and ability to take initiative
- Enjoyment of working with computers and people
- Previous experience in customer contact
