IT Specialist for System Integration Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support 1st-level technical inquiries and user requests
• Install and configure hardware, operating systems, and various applications
• Set up and manage user accounts and access permissions
• Perform data backups and assist with general system administration
• Conduct error analysis, document systems, and participate in IT projects

Requirements

• Strong interest in IT systems, networks, and technical infrastructure
• Team player with a reliable and eager-to-learn attitude
• Good communication skills
• Educational background: Realschule, Fachhochschulreife, or Abitur
• Basic knowledge of PC hardware or operating systems is an advantage
