IT Specialist

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file services
• Manage virtualized and cloud server infrastructure, performing regular upgrades, patching, and maintenance
• Manage Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), hybrid cloud integrations, and cloud resource optimization
• Oversee Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune
• Manage Citrix environments and support endpoint and mobile device administration
• Assist with network security by installing Wi-Fi APs, switches, and firewalls, and monitoring network performance
• Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents, vulnerabilities, and threats
• Support IT Technicians across multiple locations with troubleshooting assistance and training
• Assist with hardware procurement, asset management, and vendor coordination

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional IT experience
• Extensive experience with Windows Server Administration (2019, 2022, 2025)
• Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, and Azure Administration
• Hands-on experience with Aruba Wireless Networks, Cisco Meraki Firewalls, and Fortinet Switching
• Experience with Citrix Administration and general network administration
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and enterprise network environments
• Analytical problem-solving abilities for complex system troubleshooting

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
