IT Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the company’s IT strategy to align with business objectives
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and optimization of hardware, software, servers, and networks
• Lead IT support operations to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
• Establish cybersecurity policies, data protection measures, and disaster recovery plans
• Manage IT asset procurement, inventory control, and lifecycle planning
• Research and implement AI technologies and automation tools to improve operational efficiency
• Support specialized software used by design and architecture teams
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and software licensing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 5–8 years of IT experience, including leadership or management responsibilities
• Expertise in network administration, server management, and cloud technologies
• Proficiency in cybersecurity and data protection
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
• AI-literate with experience implementing AI-powered business tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the Zoho system
• Previous experience in interior design, architecture, engineering, or construction industries
• Valid driving license and possession of a personal vehicle
